Physical Activity
This winter holiday we got some job to do. It is about the physical activity. Well, actually l am big fan of sports such as the tennis and the fitness. But, one thing l have to mention first is that l didn’t do well in my final exam. So my parents are angry about me, l had to take the IELTS class. The class begins at 8 a.m., and finish at half past 2 p.m. The most terrible thing is that l must do the homework every day. I had to give up my hobbies this winter holiday. I can live without the computer game but l cannot live without doing sports. Let me tell you about my experience about doing sports during the winter holiday.
I did the physical activity about 15 hours this winter holiday. About half of this 15 hours l did is the fitness, and the other is tennis, also table tennis. I have learned tennis about 3 years. I am really crazy about playing tennis. Because of the Chinese new year , and also the rainy, l didn’t have enough chance to play tennis. What a pity! This winter holiday l learned a lot of things. Let me tell you the detail. Tennis is a sport that includes a lot of things. This is why people like to watching it. My favorite player is Roger Federer .l want to learn his playing style, it is the eastern style. Why we called it eastern style because it was designed by the players in the east of the America. And the oldest playing style is western style. It is suitable for western player because they used to have strong power , much stronger than Asia people. And let me introduce the most fashionable style in the world is the mid playing style. It includes advantages from the two playing style. Because of this , it doesn’t have its own special advantage.
I don’t have genius in the tennis area. So l must train very hard to increase my strength. I play it about 2 hours a day. One hour to do the basic train, another hour to serve the ball. Serving ball is the final course of the tennis training. After this, the coach will not teach me anymore. But the final is the hardest. I have spent a lot of time on serving the ball. I still cannot serve the ball at the right place. The coach told me the only way to get it better is working harder and harder. This is the fastest and also easiest way to get it. I believe one day l can play tennis as well as Roger Federer.


Then let talk about the fitness. The most serious point about fitness is persist. I need to do fitness every day. After about one month l can see some litter change. If you keep doing this , after one year , you will find that you have a sexy and strong body. I have did this at about 5 months . Not every day, about 3 times a week. I cannot do it everyday. It is too hard for me to do. But l want to change , l don’t people said l am fat anymore. If l cannot do this very well, everything l also cannot do well.
Doing sports is good for our teenagers. You can also learn the spirit in it. I want our school have more P.E. lessons a week .
